FCC on net neutrality

So the FCC has handed down net neutrality expectations. A compromise was implemented. Providers are prevented from filtering or differenting when you connect via old style hard wire. However, cell connections need not abide by these guidelines. With 4G coming was this smart? The future will likely be mobile.

If you are a camera guy (person), you will find Lens Hero a great site. I also appreciate the efforts of those who work to put together powerful web sites and this is a good example.

Lens hero helps photographers find that next lens. Those who are serious about their hobby soon learn that the real investment is in good glass. You select your camera body, the price range you can cover, and the type of lens and thenĀ  you are off to look at some alternatives.

Is this the end of Delicious

The rumors are they are pulling the plug on social bookmarking site Delicious. Time to try something else as a hedge.

The site I link above offers instructions for exporting your Delicious bookmarks.

Perhaps the thing that concerns me the most about this change is that Delicious seems to be available from many iPad reader apps I use (e.g., NewsRack) and Diigo is not.
