A year or so Cindy was working on an ESL grant and was downloading free classic books one at a time. There are now several apps (free and not) to make this a far more efficient process.
After looking at several examples, our favorite is Classics2Go. The app store search feature sucks so you will not locate this app searching for classics. Use the exact app title.
The initial screen allows you to select the books you want to add to your library (download). Selecting a book from the library opens it and you are turning the pages.
Opening the app may confuse you. There is a description of another app that Globetrot wants you to purchase. I guess this is another funding model.
