Dealing with and explaining fair use has long been a frustration. I keep thinking I need to find the definition explanation and then I will understand. It is difficult to accept there is no such source and even lawyers (unless you pay them) are willing to definitively answer a yes/no question.
Given this reality (I am convinced this is the reality), there are still some reasonable source to explain that “it always depends” and “you could always be sued”. This YouTube from the Center for Internet and Society is my recommendation.
